what is the closest location/casino to new york city that you can play blackjack in when you are only 18?

if you know more than one, please list them all. thanks i’m looking for one nearest to new york city.
there is a previous question like this, but the answer to the “resolved question” says mohegan sun and foxwoods are closest, but this is wrong, as you must be 21 to play blackjack there.
